Had an update I wanted to share before the weekend.

CRM (Salesforce) — Added a second tranche at a cost of $155.88 each, lowering my blended cost basis down to $158.75 from $173.08 in June.

This was the small-add leg of a two-tier plan: add at ~$154, load up fully at ≤$145. $155.88 was close enough to trip the first trigger, but the second one's still waiting.

Worth naming directly: I decided to add now because I didn’t want a repeat of what happened in June where I missed entering at ~$150 because it wasn’t close enough to my $145 trigger.

Part of a position beats none of one.

LEN (Lennar) — No change this update. The price is still sitting near the 52-week low. Thesis is unchanged. Holding size intentionally small until that catalyst shows up or the price offers a better entry.

New line for the new tranche, per the rule — this ledger only grows, nothing gets edited after the fact.

What's Next

CRM's next real catalyst is the September 2 earnings print. Thesis-break conditions haven't moved.

Full deep dive on MSFT — no position, just watching — is up next in the regular lineup.

Happy investing.
